Planty Attire/Planty Misc’s

Returns or exchange is accepted up to 30 days from purchase date (excludes Copper Pot Stickers and bags of potting media). Please email immediately with the order number for prompt processing. Consumer pays return shipping. No additional shipping fee for defective items replaced. Additional shipping will be charged for items replaced for any other reason. 

Live Plants

All live plant sales are final. OrganicLi’s Nursery is not responsible for plants damaged or lost in transit. I will do my best to make any situation right. All plants are packaged carefully and lovingly but if your plant is dead on arrival, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video to receive a replacement. Please be sure to check the weather in your local area and understand plants are shipped from NE Ohio. Damage caused to plants due to weather is not the responsibility of OrganicLi’s Nursery. Damage caused to plants during transit may be assessed on a case by case basis. Each plant sold has been cared for personally by myself up until their departure. 

Plant Services

There are no refunds on plant services. If there is an issue with your plant after services are performed, please reach out to. Every effort will be made to correct it or a replacement plant will be given of equal value. OrganicLi's Nursery is insured.
